Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on this website operated by Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o., Slavka Krautzeka 51, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1) Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods, or the last good in case of multiple goods ordered together.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., letter or email).

2) Return conditions

  • Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods are defective.

  • You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3) Health, hygiene and safety exceptions

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Food supplements and ingestible products once the seal or protective packaging has been broken after delivery.

  • Topical oils/ointments if opened, used, or with broken seals.

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Unopened/unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within the withdrawal period unless otherwise excluded above.

4) Refunds

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (if any), within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

  • Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

5) Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with statutory rights. Do not discard packaging before we assess the case.

Return shipping fee: If you use a return label provided by us, the return fee equals the standard shipping fee for your country and is deducted from your refund. Defective or incorrect items are returned at our cost.
