A P Har Tablet is a classical-style herbal preparation from Sitaram Ayurveda, presented in the convenient form of a tablet. It draws on the enduring Kerala tradition of formulating herbs to traditional methods, presented for use within a regular Ayurvedic routine.

Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica, Emblica officinalis, Piper nigrum, Piper longum, Zingiber officinale, Cyperus rotundus, Black Salt, Embelia ribes, Elettaria cardamomum, Cinnamomum tamala, Syzygium aromaticum, Operculina turpethum, Sugar, Excipients.
How to use
Unless advised otherwise by an Ayurvedic practitioner: 1, 2 tablets once or twice daily with warm water.

In Ayurveda, the tablet (Gulika, a compressed herbal preparation) has long been valued as a measured and portable form. It gathers a composition of botanicals prepared to traditional standards, allowing an established herbal recipe to be taken in a measured form within a daily routine, or Dinacharya (the classical Ayurvedic daily regimen).
