Arishtam: a naturally fermented tradition
An Arishtam (a classical herbal preparation matured through natural fermentation) is created by allowing a decoction of botanicals to develop slowly over time. This traditional method, refined over generations of Ayurvedic practice, produces a liquid tonic with a distinctive depth and a warm, aromatic character. The tradition regards such preparations as a traditional way to follow the classical rhythm of Dinacharya (the daily Ayurvedic routine).
How to use
Traditionally taken in a small measure, often diluted with an equal quantity of water, as part of your daily routine. We recommend consulting a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for guidance on using it according to the current product label.
