Arishtam: a naturally fermented tradition
An Arishtam (a classical herbal preparation matured through natural fermentation) is created by allowing a decoction of botanicals to develop slowly over time. This traditional method, refined across generations of Ayurvedic practice, yields a liquid tonic with a distinctive depth and a warm, aromatic quality. Such preparations are traditionally regarded as a traditional way to follow the classical rhythm of Dinacharya (the daily Ayurvedic routine).
How to use
