For an Ayurvedic-inspired routine, favour warm, simple foods, good hydration and regular mealtimes, while reducing very heavy, fried or ultra-processed foods, especially late at night. Gentle walking after food and a consistent sleep schedule further support a feeling of internal ease.

Practitioner guidance

Dose, timing and duration may be adapted according to constitution, digestive capacity and overall programme goals. Clearosap Tablets can be combined with suitable kashayams, powders or ghrithams as part of a personalised Ayurvedic plan at the practitioner’s discretion, particularly in short cleanse phases or longer-term balance programmes.

Clearosap Tablets

A classical-style formulation in tablet form

The tablet is a practical way to carry a established herbal formula into daily use. Clearosap follows the spirit of the classical texts, in which the selected botanicals are combined according to the formula. Preparations of this kind have traditionally been kept as part of Dinacharya, the classical ordering of the day, and are understood in Ayurveda in terms of the balance of the three Doshas according to one's constitution.

How to use

Traditionally the tablets are taken with a little warm water, according to the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Begin modestly and allow the practice to settle into a quiet, regular part of your day. Keep the pack closed and stored in a cool, dry place.

Heritage since 1921

Clearosap is prepared in Kerala under Sitaram Ayurveda's GMP-certified quality practices, carrying forward a lineage of thoughtful herbal craft that began in 1921.

Food supplement. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of the reach of young children.

Benefits

Clearosap brings together fruit rinds, bitters and warming spices that are traditionally valued for supporting Agni (digestive fire), regular elimination and a sense of lightness. Used regularly alongside appropriate diet, hydration and lifestyle, it forms part of a gentle, ongoing inner-balance routine.
