A classical herbal oil
In the Ayurvedic tradition, a herbal oil of this kind is prepared by slowly infusing selected botanicals into a nourishing oil base, allowing their aromatic character to settle into the carrier. Such oils have long accompanied Abhyanga (the traditional practice of self massage) and belong to a balanced Dinacharya (daily routine). The preparation reflects the classical idea of Dosha balance as understood in Ayurveda, and is valued simply for its sensory comfort.
How to use
Warm a small amount between the palms and apply to the skin with slow, even strokes, either in the morning or as part of a calming evening routine. Allow the oil to settle before bathing. For external use only. Keep away from the eyes and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
