These soft gel capsules present the classical Ghritham (a herbal preparation in a base of clarified butter, or ghee) in a convenient modern form. Gulgulu Thiktakam Ghrutham is a long-established Ayurvedic ghee formulation, here encapsulated by Sitaram Ayurveda so that the traditional preparation may be taken conveniently.
Ingredients
Azadirachta indica, Tinospora cordifolia, Adhatoda vasica, Trichosanthes lobata, Solanum anguivi, Cyclea peltata, Embelia ribes, Cedrus deodara, Scindapsus officinalis, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, Zingiber officinale, Curcuma longa, Anethum sowa, Piper mullesua, Celastrus paniculatus, Piper nigrum, Holarrhena antidysenterica, Apium graveolens, Plumbago zeylanica, Piper officinarum, Rubia cordifolia, Trachyspermum ammi and Commiphora mukul, processed in clarified butter (ghee).
How to use
Unless otherwise advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional, adults may take 1 softgel capsule once or twice daily after food with lukewarm water.
Routine tips
Take Gulgulu Thiktakam Ghrutham Soft Gel Capsules after warm, freshly cooked meals with lukewarm water. For an Ayurvedic-inspired routine, favour light, seasonal food, plenty of warm water or herbal tea, regular gentle exercise and adequate rest, while limiting very heavy, oily, fried or overly processed foods.
