Kashayam (a classical herbal water decoction) is one of the foundational preparation methods of Ayurveda. Guluchyadi Kashayam is prepared by Sitaram Ayurveda in the traditional manner, following the classical Kerala method in which selected herbs are simmered slowly so their qualities pass into the water.

Decoctions of this kind have been taken for generations as part of a measured daily routine. Guluchyadi is a classical formulation named in the Ayurvedic texts, prepared here as a liquid concentrate to be diluted before use in the customary way.
How to use
Traditionally, a measured portion is diluted with an equal or greater quantity of warm water and taken at a consistent time of day, on the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. It sits naturally within a calm, seasonal Dinacharya (the traditional Ayurvedic daily routine). Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
