Where a Kashayam is classically brewed each day, the tablet form preserves the character of the preparation while making it easy to include at a consistent time. Guluchyadi is a formulation named within the classical Ayurvedic texts, here offered as tablets for a settled routine, or Dinacharya (the traditional Ayurvedic daily routine).
How to use
