Helmolite A is a classical Ayurvedic herbal syrup crafted for children, prepared with pomegranate, khadira, neem, vayambu, ginger and the Triphala fruits. In traditional practice it is used in India during periodic cleansing routines and for general digestive care in growing children.
Ingredients
Dadima (Punica granatum, pomegranate), Khadira (Acacia catechu), Nimba (Azadirachta indica, neem), Vayambu, Shunti (Zingiber officinale, dry ginger), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), in a sweet herbal syrup base.
How to use
Use the dosage recommended by your practitioner according to the child’s age and weight. As a general traditional reference, sources for Helmolite A suggest around 5, 10 ml per dose for children, given once or twice daily after food for a short course. Do not exceed the advised dose or duration.

For children only under adult supervision. Not for use in infants unless specifically advised by a paediatric or Ayurvedic practitioner. Do not use in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients, especially pomegranate, neem, ginger or Triphala fruits. Stop immediately and seek medical advice if the child develops vomiting, persistent diarrhoea, rash, breathing difficulty or unusual sleepiness. Do not use in place of medical care for fever, severe abdominal pain, blood in stool or unexplained weight loss. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
