Inflasap is a proprietary herbal formulation from Sitaram Ayurveda, prepared in the classical style as convenient tablets. It draws on the house's long practice of Ayurvedic preparation, bringing together selected herbs in a measured, easy-to-take form.
Ingredients
Alpinia galanga, Ricinus communis, Sida rhombifolia, Strobilanthes ciliatus, Asparagus racemosus, Tragia involucrata, Adhatoda vasica, Tinospora cordifolia, Cedrus deodara, Cyperus rotundus, Asteracantha longifolia, Kaempferia galanga, Zingiber officinale, Commiphora mukul and Boswellia serrata.
How to use
Unless otherwise advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional, adults may take 1, 2 tablets twice daily after food with lukewarm water.
Routine tips
Take Inflasap Tablets after warm, freshly cooked meals with lukewarm water. Combine with regular gentle movement or walking, simple stretching, good posture and adequate hydration. Limiting very heavy, fried or overly processed foods fits well with an Ayurvedic approach to musculoskeletal balance.
Practitioner guidance
Dose and duration may be adjusted according to constitution, age, digestive capacity and level of activity. Inflasap Tablets can be combined with suitable oils, decoctions or other classical formulations as part of a personalised Ayurvedic plan at the practitioner’s discretion.
