Hedyotis corymbosa, Cassia fistula, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica, Emblica officinalis, Curcuma longa, Hemidesmus indicus, Ichnocarpus frutescens, Tinospora cordifolia, Swertia chirata, Vetiveria zizanioides, Adhatoda vasica, Asparagus racemosus, Cyperus rotundus, Bacopa monnieri and Tragia involucrata.
How to use
Unless otherwise advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional, adults may take 1 softgel capsule once or twice daily after food with lukewarm water.
Routine tips
Mahathikthakam Softgel Capsules are best taken with warm food or shortly after meals. For an Ayurvedic-inspired routine, favour light, freshly cooked meals, plenty of warm water or herbal teas, and reduce very heavy, oily, fried or strongly processed foods.
