Pinda Thailam is a distinctive classical oil of the Kerala tradition, prepared by Sitaram Ayurveda. Recognisable by its deep colour, it is a Thailam (a herbal oil for external use) made through the slow, careful cooking that gives traditional Ayurvedic oils their depth.
