How to use

Rasnadi Choornam
The classical form
A Choornam (finely milled herbal powder) is prepared by carefully drying and grinding selected plant materials into a soft, even powder, in keeping with the classical texts. Rasnadi Choornam is traditionally used externally, applied in small amounts to the scalp. Such powders have long held a place within Dinacharya (the classical Ayurvedic daily routine), used in the traditional approach that characterises the tradition.
How to use
Take a small pinch of the powder and dust it lightly onto the crown of the head, following the traditional manner and the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Use sparingly as part of a settled daily ritual. For external use only.
