How to use
Unless otherwise advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional, adults may take 1, 2 softgel capsules once or twice daily after food with lukewarm water.
Recommended intake
Typical adult intake is up to 4 softgel capsules per day in divided doses (for example, 1, 2 capsules twice daily). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless advised by a healthcare professional.
