Eladi Soap is a gently cleansing bar that carries the aromatic Eladi (a classical group of Ayurvedic herbs traditionally led by cardamom) into a daily washing ritual. Crafted by Sitaram Ayurveda in Kerala, it offers a soft lather and a warm, herbal fragrance.

Eladi coconut oil, Coconut oil, Caustic soda, Castor oil
How to use
Wet the bar and work into a lather between the hands or on a wet washcloth. Apply to damp body skin, then rinse off completely with water. Suitable for daily bath or shower use on the body. For external use only; avoid the eye area and intimate areas.
Routine tips
Use Eladi Soap with comfortably warm (not very hot) water. For a simple Ayurvedic ritual, begin at the feet and work upwards with gentle circular motions, then rinse thoroughly and follow with your preferred body oil or moisturiser while the skin is still slightly damp.
Practitioner guidance
Frequency of use can be adjusted according to skin type and climate. Very dry or sensitive skin types may prefer to limit foaming cleansers and follow with a suitable body oil or cream. Advise a patch test for customers with a history of fragrance or essential-oil sensitivity.
