It is prepared in a coconut-oil base with cow’s milk and herbal decoctions of Triphala (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki), Acacia catechu, Eclipta alba and other classical botanicals.

Narasimham Oil is an Ayurvedic hair-care oil from Sitaram Ayurveda, now made available in Europe through Sitaram Ayurveda. It is prepared in a coconut-oil base with cow’s milk and herbal decoctions of Triphala (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki), Acacia catechu, Eclipta alba and other classical botanicals.

Formulated as a traditional head-massage oil, Narasimham Oil aims to:

provide a smooth medium for relaxing head massage
help the scalp feel comfortable and well moisturised
leave hair feeling soft, coated and easier to detangle after washing

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Shake well before use.

Take 5–10 ml of oil (more if hair is very long) into your palm.
Apply to scalp and hair roots, parting the hair in sections.
Massage with the fingertips in gentle circular movements for 5–10 minutes.
Leave on for at least 30–45 minutes or overnight if convenient.
Wash off with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water.
