Narasimham Oil is an Ayurvedic hair-care oil from Sitaram Ayurveda, now made available in Europe through Sitaram Ayurveda. It is prepared in a coconut-oil base with and herbal decoctions of Triphala (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki), Acacia catechu, Eclipta alba and other classical botanicals.
Ingredients
Coconut oil and processed with herbal decoctions and juices of: Triphala: Terminalia chebula (Haritaki) fruit rind, Terminalia bellirica (Bibhitaki) fruit rind, Emblica officinalis (Amla) fruit rind Acacia catechu heartwood Plumbago zeylanica root Pterocarpus marsupium heartwood Embelia ribes fruit Eclipta alba whole-plant juice
How to use
Shake well before use. Take 5, 10 ml of oil (more if hair is very long) into your palm. Apply to scalp and hair roots, parting the hair in sections. Massage with the fingertips in gentle circular movements for 5, 10 minutes. Leave on for at least 30, 45 minutes or overnight if convenient. Wash off with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water.
Recommended intake
Adults: typically 5, 10 ml per application, 2, 3 times per week, or as advised by a healthcare or Ayurvedic practitioner. For older children, use smaller quantities and avoid vigorous massage.
Routine tips
Use Narasimham Oil 2, 3 times per week as part of an evening self-care ritual. Warm a little oil, massage the scalp gently, and allow some time for relaxation before rinsing with a mild shampoo. Combine with Narasimham Shampoo for a coordinated routine.
Practitioner guidance
Frequency and quantity may be adjusted according to scalp type, hair texture and climate. Individuals with very fine, oily or product-sensitive hair may prefer shorter contact time or lighter application focused on the scalp.

For external use only. Do not apply on broken or irritated scalp. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Discontinue use if redness, itching or irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed. Keep away from children. Some users may be sensitive to herbal ingredients or fragrance, patch test on a small area of skin before first full application. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
