Narasimham Shampoo is an Ayurvedic-inspired cleansing shampoo from Sitaram Ayurveda, now offered in Europe by Sitaram Ayurveda. It combines botanical extracts of Aloe, Amla (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and other traditional herbs with a gentle plant-derived surfactant base.
Ingredients
Aloe barbadensis (Aloe) leaf extract, Acacia catechu gum, Plumbago zeylanica extract, Pterocarpus marsupium bark extract, Anacardium occidentale extract, Terminalia chebula fruit extract and powder, Emblica officinalis (Amla) fruit powder, aqua (water), sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, fragrance.
How to use
Wet hair and scalp thoroughly. Take a small amount of shampoo in the palm, dilute with a little water and massage gently into the scalp and hair. Rinse well. Repeat if needed. Use 2, 3 times per week or as often as required, depending on your hair type and lifestyle.
Routine tips
Use Narasimham Shampoo as part of a simple ritual: oil the scalp lightly if desired, leave the oil for 30, 60 minutes, then wash with shampoo and lukewarm (not very hot) water. Finish with a light conditioner or a few drops of hair oil on the lengths to lock in softness.
Practitioner guidance
Frequency of washing and quantity can be adjusted according to scalp type, climate and the use of styling products or oils. Very dry or colour-treated hair may benefit from alternating Narasimham Shampoo with a richer, moisturising product.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Do not use on broken or highly irritated scalp. Discontinue use if redness, itching or irritation develops and consult a healthcare professional if needed. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
