Saraswatharishtham is a classical Ayurvedic tonic from Sitaram Ayurveda, prepared in Kerala by the traditional art of natural fermentation. It belongs to a venerable family of liquid preparations prized in Ayurveda for their depth of character and their place in a regular daily routine.
Saraswatharishtham
The classical fermented form
An Arishtam (a self-generated fermented herbal preparation) is made by allowing a decoction of botanicals to mature naturally over time, drawing out a rounded, aromatic liquid without added spirit. Saraswatharishtham follows a recipe long recorded in the classical texts. Such tonics are traditionally taken as part of one's Dinacharya (daily routine), often with a little water.
How to use
Take a small measure as part of your daily routine, typically diluted with an equal quantity of water, following the directions on the pack or the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Shake gently before use, as a natural preparation may settle.
Crafted by Sitaram Ayurveda, an Ayurvedic manufacturer established in 1921 since 1921, and made to GMP quality standards.
