The Kashayam form
A Kashayam (a classical herbal decoction) is traditionally prepared by simmering botanicals in water until their character passes into the liquid. The name draws on Thiktha (the bitter taste), one of the classical Rasa long esteemed in the Ayurvedic texts. Here the traditional decoction is presented as a measured tablet, uniting the classical formulation with the simplicity of a modern form.
How to use
Take with a little warm water as part of your daily routine, following the intake indicated on the pack or the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. A settled place within your Dinacharya (the ordered daily routine) turns the practice into a quiet, familiar habit.
