The Ghritham form
A Ghritham (a herbal clarified butter, or ghee) is composed by slowly infusing selected botanicals into clarified butter over careful preparation. Long esteemed in the classical texts as a Rasayana (a rejuvenative preparation of the tradition), the Ghritham carries the character of its herbs in a smooth, traditional base. Sukumaram Ghritham is prepared in this classical manner.
How to use
Take a small measure as part of your daily routine, traditionally with a little warm water, following the intake indicated on the pack or the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Keeping a settled place for it within your Dinacharya (the ordered daily routine) helps make it a familiar habit.
