The classical form
A Kashayam (classical herbal decoction) is prepared by simmering botanicals in water until their character is drawn into the liquid. In tablet form, that same classical decoction is concentrated and pressed for ease of use, keeping the preparation faithful to its traditional roots while making it simple to carry. Varadi denotes the classical group of herbs on which the formulation is built.
Traditional place in a daily routine
Within Dinacharya (the classical daily routine), a Kashayam is taken in small, measured amounts as part of a settled rhythm. The tablet form allows this classical preparation to sit easily within a modern routine.
How to use
Take with water as part of your daily routine, or as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, away from direct light and moisture.
