Ingredients

Vasa (Adhatoda vasica), Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), Patola (Trichosanthes dioica), Shunthi / dry ginger (Zingiber officinale), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri or Centella asiatica, as per manufacturer), Nimba / neem (Azadirachta indica), Trivrut (Operculina turpethum), in a suitable base.

How to use

Dilute the prescribed quantity of Vasaguloochyadi Kashayam in warm water and take once or twice daily, or as advised by your Ayurvedic practitioner. Shake the bottle well before each use.

Recommended intake

Use only as directed by your healthcare professional. Traditional adult usage is 15, 20 ml of kashayam diluted in 45, 60 ml of warm water, taken once or twice daily. Children’s use and duration should always be decided by a practitioner.

Routine tips

Best taken on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning and evening. Pair with light, easily digestible meals, adequate hydration and regular movement. Many people prefer to sip the diluted kashayam slowly while it is lukewarm.
