The classical form
A Gulika (classical herbal tablet) is prepared by combining finely processed botanicals and forming them into a firm tablet, a traditional format described in the classical texts and prized for its convenience and its faithful concentration of the formulation. Vilwadi denotes the classical group of herbs around which the preparation is composed. The tablet keeps this classical form close to its traditional expression.
Traditional place in a daily routine
Within Dinacharya (the classical daily routine), a Gulika is taken in small, measured amounts as part of a settled daily routine. Vilwadi Gulika is used in this same careful manner, in modest measure and with attention to routine.
How to use
Take with water as part of your daily routine, or as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, away from direct light and moisture.
